Lynne Marshall
Lynne has had an impressive track record in Human Resources and Business Management. She was the Director of Personnel for a large Welsh Housing Association until establishing her own Consultancy business in March 2000. That enabled Lynne to focus on providing consultancy and training to businesses and organisations of all sizes.Appointments have included: as a Business Advisor for the Welsh Development Agency on an SME Equality Project; as an assessor for the Corporate Health Standard by the Welsh Assembly Government; and as a HRD Advisor and Trainee Investors in People Advisor working with clients to review company culture, processes and practices against the Investors in People Standard.
Lynne is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an Associate Member of the Institute of Business Advisors, is a Graduate of Cardiff Common Purpose and holds the Certificate of Personnel Practice. Lynne became a licensee of the Working Hero programme in spring 2006.

Polly McDonald
Polly is an experienced coach and trainer with a background in building high performance teams. She works with clients to enhance their performance and enjoyment at work.Prior to setting up her own business, Polly was involved in TV production for over 20 years, primarily as a programme maker and then as an executive. She travelled all over the world working or projects as diverse as live sporting events to period dramas. She was MD of the award winning production company Crucial Films. She now works across various sectors, including Financial Services, Engineering and Manufacturing as well as Media.
Polly became involved in Ordinary Hero because of her passion for films and story telling and her belief in how powerful these can be in transforming our perceptions.
Polly holds a Diploma in Coaching from OCR and also uses a new coaching method based on Clean Language and Emergent Knowledge. She is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer and member of the International Coach Federation.
Conrad Potts
Conrad is a psychologist and a corporate training consultant. He specialises in change management, performance improvement and motivation. Conrad has led numerous change management programmes encompassing, culture change, mergers and acquisitions for multi-national organisations.He has appeared in a number of training videos associated with team building, leadership and assertiveness. He has appeared both on BBC and ITV programmes as the “resident psychologist”.
Conrad’s diversity and eclectic approach may well come from his varied back-ground, (training to be a missionary priest to appearing on Pop Idol to help judge the best team ‘players’.) Born in India he has lived, travelled and worked extensively in the UK, Europe, Russia, Middle East, and the South Pacific.
He is founder member of TeamSkills; a network of management and leadership consultants dedicated to the development of Organisational development, leadership and team working.

James McCullough
Formerly an army officer and a marketing manager in an engineering firm, James McCullough has been a business coach since 1998, and is now based in Bath. He works with managers at all levels, in large organisations across the globe. Using his extensive expertise in coaching, training and assessment techniques, he helps individuals and teams to achieve personal growth and professional development.With a degree in Economics and Politics and a masters degree in Occupational Psychology, he is a skilled and enthusiastic presenter. Through his management assessment work he has gained qualification and experience in psychometric testing, personality and behavioural profiling and is a member of the British Psychological Society.
James has worked extensively with managers in the financial services, property, pharmaceuticals, construction, rail, and energy sectors. When conducting group training, James uses a facilitative approach, incorporating experiential learning into his programmes, and taking a special interest in meeting the requirements of different learning styles.
Working with schools and prisons, in addition to his clients in the corporate world, James provides the Working Hero programme to help motivate and empower practical transformation for individuals and businesses.

Kevin Thomas
Kevin Thomas is a highly experienced HR and business professional. He specialises in performance improvement, both at the individual and team levels, through in-depth analysis, development and training applications. He can range from the operational to the strategic, offering a formidable experience set gained as a “hands on” HR Director in the automotive component sectors in the UK, Europe, Africa, South America and the USA.During significant “upsizing” and “downsizing” he has brought organisations and individuals to achieve far more than they considered initially possible. This has been successfully attained through developing skills in problem solving, continuous improvement, leadership, team working, change management, employee relations and, most importantly, motivation.
Kevin holds a degree in Economics and Sociology, Diplomas in Management Studies and Personnel Management, and is a Fellow of the Corporate Institute of Personnel and Development. Aside from his commercial activity, he works in a voluntary capacity with long term unemployed individuals who face the challenge of gaining a new start.
Elizabeth Kirk
Elizabeth Kirk is a CIPD qualified HR professional. Originally working as a trainer in an accounting and data processing environment she later moved into the world of the human resource practitioner. Her experience has been gained in the manufacturing, fmcg and logistics sectors. She has worked in both hi-tech and traditional engineering environments.She has successfully guided and supported companies through major restructuring, focusing strongly on excellence in corporate communication, employee involvement and commitment. She is also experienced in both coaching and training within the work place.
Elizabeth graduated in Social Psychology / History. She holds a Diploma in Personnel Management and has completed the OCR Course in Counseling. In addition to her commercial activities, she works in the voluntary sector in the field of counseling and career advice.
Margaret Loveluck
Margaret is highly experienced in learning and development which she has applied in a variety of contexts. She was Head Teacher of two primary schools and previously taught in the UK and overseas. She has guided schools, and their staffs, through periods of major change and reorganisation.Since 2001 she has worked as a training consultant both in the private and public sectors. As a training professional, she has specialised in conducting training needs analyses, designing and delivering training sessions and as a coach and mentor. She has been very successful in achieving increased effectiveness for both individuals and teams.
Margaret has a teaching degree, is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and is accredited as a De Bono trainer. She has a Certificate in Stress Management and is a Member of the Institute of Stress Management.
Dwight Longenecker
Dwight Longenecker is the founder of Working Hero. After studying Speech and English in his native USA he came to England and served as an Anglican priest. He then trained as a scriptwriter and worked in television and as a freelance writer. Out of this experience he developed Ordinary Hero as a way to help prisoners in resettlement programmes. Others saw the commercial potential, and came together to help build Working Hero and apply its valuable insights to the world of business. Dwight has now moved back to his native USA, and works with Working Hero as a consultant. He writes workshops, works on personality profiling and advises the Working Hero associates with their work. He travels widely and is available to work with clients either at a distance, or through special seminars in the UK.
